Team Cashi is composed of a Mother, Paula and two daughters…Tami and Lori Cashi who have been speaking the language of “Real Estate” since they were little girls. Dinner table conversation with their real estate agent-mother included industry news and subtleties of home construction as well as updates on listings, sales and financing. That level of familiarity carries forward into each of their transactions. “We want our clients to be comfortable with the process,” Tami says. “Yes,” Lori adds, “we try to make each transaction a conversation, so that our clients make the best possible decisions along the way” and Mom oversees the legalities and always assures our clients feel as thought they have been treated like family! Team Cashi brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to each transaction with over 80 years combined experience. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, while Paula was the Broker of a Real Estate Office the sisters attended college there—Tami majoring in business/finance and Lori in journalism/marketing—before launching careers that soon brought them to the Gulf Coast of Florida. Tami was licensed in 1997 and Lori in 1999 and Paula 1982. Their forthright, knowledgeable service to sellers and buyers in Sarasota, Bradenton, Hillsborough and Pinellas and their world-renowned beaches has earned them the Five Star Award for 20+ years running as well as honored placement in the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society, and most recently being awarded the TOP 100 agents in Florida for Coldwell Banker.
